The Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the Policy) applies to all information that the site optipic.io and / or its affiliated persons (hereinafter referred to as the Site) can receive about the User while his/her using any of the sites, tools, resources, programs, products or services of OptiPic.io (hereinafter referred to as the Services) and in the course of execution any agreements and contracts with the User by OptiPic.io. The consent of the User to the Policy expressed by him within the framework of relations with one of the listed persons extends to all other listed persons.

Use of the OptiPic.io Services means the User's unconditional consent to this Policy and the terms of processing of his/her personal information specified therein; in case of disagreement with these terms, the User must refrain from using the Services.

1. Personal Information of the Users processed by OptiPic.io

1.1. Within the framework of this Policy, the "personal information of the User" means:

1.1.1. Personal information that the User provides about himself/herself when registering (creating an account) or in the process of using the Services, including personal data of the User. The obligatory information required for the provision of the Services is marked in a special way. Other information is provided by the User at his/her discretion.

Data that are automatically transferred to the OptiPic.io Services during their use through the software installed on the user's device, including the IP address, cookie data, information about the User's browser (or other program that accesses the Services) , technical characteristics of the equipment and software used by the User, the date and time of access to the Services, the addresses of the requested pages and other similar information.

1.1.3. Other information about the User, processing of which is stipulated by the terms of use of separate Services OptiPic.io.

1.2. This Policy applies only to information processed during the use of OptiPic.io Services. OptiPic.io does not control and is not responsible for the processing of information by third party sites to which the User might enter through links available on OptiPic.io sites.

1.3. OptiPic.io does not verify the authenticity of the personal information provided by the User and does not have the ability to assess its legal capacity. However, OptiPic.io assumes that the user provides reliable and sufficient personal information and maintains this information in an up-to-date state.

2. The purposes of processing the personal information of Users

2.1. OptiPic.io collects and stores only the personal information that is necessary for the provision of Services or the execution of agreements and contracts with the User, except when the law requires the obligatory storage of personal information for the period specified by law.

2.2. OptiPic.io processes personal information of the User for the following purposes:

2.2.1. Identification of a party within the Services, agreements and contracts with OptiPic.io;

2.2.2. Provision of Personalized Services to the User and execution of agreements and contracts;

2.2.3. Communication with the User, including sending notifications, requests and information regarding the use of the Services, the execution of agreements and contracts, and the processing of requests and proposals from the User;

2.2.4. Improving the quality of services, the convenience of their use, developing new services;

2.2.5. Targeting promotional materials;

2.2.6. Carrying out statistical and other research based on impersonal data.

3. Terms of processing the personal information of Users and its transfer to the third parties

3.1. OptiPic.io stores personal information of the Users following the internal regulations of specific services.

3.2. The User’s personal information remains confidential, except for cases when the User voluntarily provides information about himself/herself for general access to an unlimited number of persons. When using specific Services, the User agrees that a certain part of his/her personal information becomes publicly available.

3.3. OptiPic.io has the right to transfer the User's personal information to third parties in the following cases:

3.3.1. The User agreed to such transfer;

3.3.2. The transfer is necessary for the User in order to use the specified Service or for the execution of a certain agreement or contract with the User;

3.3.3. The transfer is required by applicable legislation within the procedure established by law;

3.3.4. Such transfer occurs in the case of sale or other transfer of business (in whole or in part), thereby the acquirer shall take over all obligations imposed by the terms of this Policy in regards to the obtained personal information;

3.3.5. In order to ensure the protection of the rights and legitimate interests of OptiPic.io or third parties in cases where the User violates the OptiPic.io Services User Agreement, this Policy, or provisions of documents containing terms of the use of specific Services.

3.3.6. As a result of the processing of the User's personal information, through impersonalization, anonymized statistical data have been obtained that are transferred to a third party for research activities, execution of works or rendering of service on behalf of OptiPic.io.

4. Change and deletion of the personal information. Obligatory data storage

4.1. The user can at any time change (update, supplement) the personal information provided by him/her in personal account of the Service.

4.2. The rights provided by the cl. 4.1. of this Policy may be restricted in compliance with the requirements of the law. In particular, such restrictions may include the obligation of OptiPic.io to keep the information which had been changed or deleted by the User for a period established by law and to transmit such information through the legally established procedure to the public authority.

5. Processing personal information using cookies and counters

5.1. Cookies transmitted by OptiPic.io to the User's equipment and User's equipment to OptiPic.io may be used by OptiPic.io to provide the User with Personalized Services, for targeting advertising that is shown to the User for statistical and research purposes, and for improving OptiPic.io Services.

The counters placed by OptiPic.io in the Services can be used to analyze the user's cookies, to collect and process statistical information about the use of the Services, and to ensure the serviceability of the Services in general or their individual functions in particular. The technical parameters of the counters are determined by OptiPic.io and can be changed without prior notice to the User.

6. Measures used to protect the User's personal information

6.1. OptiPic.io takes necessary and sufficient organizational and technical measures to protect the User's personal information from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as from other illegal actions of third parties.

7. Changing the Privacy Policy. Applicable Law

7.1. OptiPic.io has the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy. When making changes to the current version, the date of the last update is indicated. The new version of the Policy shall come into force from the moment of its placement, unless otherwise provided by the new edition of the Policy. The current version is constantly available on the page at https://optipic.io/en/confidential/.

7.2. The relationship between the User and OptiPic.io arising in connection with the application of the Privacy Policy is governed by law.
